Praised for his “finely focused and well-mannered” voice (Dallas Morning News), Brian Wallin is a “gifted tenor... who [takes] the stage with flair and commitment” (Opera Today). He recently triumphed as Tamino Barrie Kosky's iconic Die Zauberflöte with Opéra de Montréal, Conte Almaviva (Il barbiere di Siviglia) with Arizona Opera, Nemorino (L'elisir d'amore) with Annapolis Opera, and Conte Almaviva (The Ghosts of Versailles) with The Glimmerglass Festival and Opéra Royal de Versailles​. He has enjoyed performing across the US with companies from Minnesota Symphony to Austin Opera, as well as internationally in Canada and France. His upcoming engagements include a return to Frederic (The Pirates of Penzance) with Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, in workshop with Opera Montana and Opera America, and as Ralph Rackstraw (H.M.S. Pinafore) with Opera Las Vegas.
